Dr. Vincent Salafia Chiropractic Physician, Graduated Texas Chiropractic College in 2004. Dr. Vinny was born Massachusetts and has been residing in Southern New Hampshire for over 40 years.

Dr. Vinny is a Certified FMCSA Medical Examiner.

CDL & NON CDL Medical cards

A DOT medical card is required for commercial use for operating vehicles and or equipment over 10,000 lbs even if you are not required to have a CDL license.
